Sarah
Sarah Lang has over 20 years of banking and finance experience in the corporate world. She now brings that expertise to her consulting and broking clients, working with them to achieve their business goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Management & Marketing) from Swinburne University in Melbourne & a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management. Sarah has extensive experience in cash flow management & modelling, financial analytics, risk management, benchmarking and financial modelling.
Sarah previously led a team of 16 regional commercial and agribusiness Relationship Managers for ANZ in WA South to deliver holistic banking solutions and insights to Customers. This portfolio included $750M in funds under management for Customers in a variety of industries with turnover $1M to $100M.
With a passion for rural and regional Australia, and having grown up on a farm in Glengarry, Victoria, Sarah seized the opportunity to establish a consulting and finance broking business specifically for rural and regional Clients. Sarah uses her knowledge and expertise to help business owners seek finance and gain control over their finances.
Sarah provides tailored advice that will help you reach your financial goals and take control of your cashflow. She understands the complexities and challenges of running a business, particularly the seasonality of agribusiness, and offers customised business solutions to meet your individual needs.
When not working with clients, Sarah is the current Chair of the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority (WAMIA) and was formerly the Chair of the Rural, Regional & Remote Women’s Network of WA.
Sarah is also an independent contractor to Western Dairy and assists with writing their annual Dairy Farm Monitoring Program report which is published annually on their website and running various business planning programs.

Nick
Nick joined Regional Finance Hub in 2021 after making a career change and holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
He brings a combination of 18 years hands on experience within agribusiness management and logistics and more recently 8 years’ service within the public sector as a frontline police officer.
Nick now brings his attributes to the finance sector utilising his personal skillset and client focussed approach to provide expert solutions for home and investment loans.
